Rikke brought extensive leadership experience to Matas from Irma, Coop, and Telia, where she has specialized in aligning strategy with people to drive business growth and positive change. Motivated by making a lasting impact, she focuses on creating results through collaboration and fostering a culture of growth. Known for her ambitious and integrity-driven leadership style, Rikke believes in setting clear goals, building strong relationships, and leading efforts in human resources, sustainability, and communication at Matas.

### Linnea Sangberg
**Learning & Development Manager | Matas**  
Linnea is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a background in retail as well as information technology industry, including her role as Director of Learning and Development at Omada. She is skilled in people management, strategic leadership, mentoring, and driving change, with a focus on learning and development trends. At Matas, Linnea leads initiatives that foster employee growth and create impactful learning experiences to support organizational success.

### Oskar Gjødsbøl Holvøe
**Concept Development | Joe & The Juice**  
Oskar began his career at Joe & The Juice as a Juicer back in 2013 and has advanced to become a Senior E-learning & Training Implementation Associate. His expertise spans managing education platforms, developing leadership programs, and streamlining operations. With previous roles as Regional Manager in London and Junior Strategy & Content Development Associate, Oskar’s career showcases his growth and impact in training and development.

### Andreas Rimala
**Lead product designer and psychologist | Attensi**  
Andreas is a seasoned clinical psychologist and lifelong game enthusiast dedicated to transforming training through gamification and behavior change. With extensive experience in the public sector and the Norwegian public school system, he combines psychological insight and educational expertise at Attensi. Since joining in 2016, Andreas has utilized his understanding of human behavior and game-based training techniques to design impactful learning solutions that engage users and drive results.

### Ellen Vrålstad
**Partner & VP Sales | Attensi**  
Ellen brings a wealth of experience from the commercial IT industry through her various sales roles at Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft. With a strong background in managing sales teams and negotiating with major international retail chains, she excels in driving growth and building lasting partnerships. Known for her analytical approach and competitive spirit, Ellen is positive and result-oriented in her work.

- **Metro:** Take the M1 or M3 metro line to _København H (Copenhagen Central Station)_. Tivoli Gardens is a short walk from here.  
- **Train:** If you’re coming from outside Copenhagen, you can take a train to _København H_. All regional and intercity trains stop here.  
- **Bus:** Various buses stop at _København H_ or nearby. Check the local bus routes for the best option depending on your starting point.

Walk through the main entrance of the Tivoli Gardens, entrance to Tivoli is free when you have signed up. Kilden i Haven is located within the gardens, so once you’re inside, follow the signs or ask staff for directions to Kilden i Haven.
